Wish i could give 0 stars, brought our dachshund here at the recommendation of our vet for spinal surgery after she became paralyzed in her back legs. We knew the surgery would be expensive, our vet said possibly 3k. The estimate we were given was 7k and they needed 5k to even start the surgery, we emptied all of our accounts and borrowed money to pay for this surgery. Thankfully it was successful. However we still owed over 2,000 dollars and we setup a payment plan. Due to some unexpected events paying this had to be put on the back burner as more important bills needed to be payed, like the mortgage, water, gas ect. We never once received a letter requesting payment or a payment reminder of any sort. They went straight to a lawsuit, and now requested that we pay the balance due, plus interest and legal fees totaling over 800 dollars. Basically they care more about money than they do about the pets, and they take advantage of a family's love for their pet and will charge you anything they feel like. They make you feel guilty and leave you with no other option than to empty your bank accounts for them. They will do anything to collect their checks.
