I wish I could give this place 0 stars! My dog had heart failure and we knew the end was coming, we took him to the vet early in the day and they said we had the option to put him to sleep or spend thousands of dollars and he still not make it, so we decided to take him home for 1 last night at home with the family so everyone could say goodbye we knew he wouldn't make it until morning and we called this place asking if they would be able to make him comfortable while our mom was on a plane from NY to get here in time to say good bye. They were so rude and the first thing they asked was have you been here before? Do you know the prices? It was so rude and then to tell us the vet refused to put him on oxygen for 2 hrs until my mom arrived, they said just bring him so we can euthanize him! They are horrible people who are not compassionate AT ALL please take your animal to VEC in Orlando it's only 30 from clermont on the turnpike they were WONDERFUL they could not have made this difficult time any easier! Some people should not be in pet care!
