I was here about a month ago and the hotel was nice, the room was pretty and the bed was comfortable, but the burgers were absolutely awful. They were undercooked to the point where they were pink? The fries and key lime pie were decent but it's hard to butcher those ,,, nobody wants to pay 100 dollars for a meal with undercooked burgers. You guys really need better cooks . You're better off going to McDonalds if you want a burger not gonna lie ,, better than salmonella from a 4 star hotel . Fix your chefs and you get 5/5 stan loona also the woman who escorted us up the elevator was nice I hope she has a good day
