I ve been a customer for many year, for good reason. My most recent experience is yet again a reminder of why Telsco is the best. Telsco Is a principled local company focused on customer service and solid value for money. I recently decided to upgrade my system. Doug, in sales, was prompt, competent and explained by options in a way that was easy to understand. The price was very competitive and there was no attempt to upsell me beyond what I needed. Kam, the install technician, arrived promptly as scheduled. He is a trained and certified installer. Not all companies offer that, and this isn t often considered in comparing solely on cost. He too was very competent and professional. His work was meticulous. He fully tested the system and made sure I completely understood the new equipment before he left. I remain honestly impressed with this company and it s people. Enthusiastically recommended.
