Best cardiologist I've ever had, sadly supported with the worst staff I've ever seen.

I've had the staff schedule me for tests on the wrong dates, once they called me into the doctors office when I was already there... they are rude and I've seen them bicker amongst themselves and drop the "F-bombs" at each other in front of the patients in the lobby.

Two weeks ago they scheduled me for the same sleep test by mistake...and on the wrong evening... thank goodness the nighttime nurse agreed with me and fixed it!

Waiting 2 hours to see the doctor is not uncommon...last time, 4 other patients and I complained because they booked all 5 of us for the same appointment time....two went home.

It's one thing for a staff to be incompetent, but RUDE and incompetent is wrong.

Again, the doctor is the best you will find...so I'll always be a patient.

He is knowledgable, efficient, caring and effective.
