I am a new mom to a two month old Maltese/Cocker Spaniel mix. After days of searching for affordable vet care, a friend recommended the Humane Society. I called yesterday (Sunday) afternoon and was on hold for quite awhile and was about to hang up, but I needed something affordable because my 2nd "child" is very expensive & doesn't have insurance. So, I agree with some of the other comments regarding the wait time. When someone (Helen) did answer, she was extremely polite, patient and answered ALL of my questions.
I am giving 4 stars due to the time in which I was holding before being connected to Helen who made the wait time worthwhile. Otherwise, the wait time alone doesn't deserve a star. If you don't have any patience, don't call or find someplace else!!

I will be making an appointment for my Prince and will be back to provide additional feedback re: clinic and service.
