Awful!
Our mortgage sadly was transferred to PHH. For years we were paying biweekly, so we pay ahead of our due date. Recently received late payment note from PHH, saying my mortgage is overdue. I checked my account and find out that PHH applied my first payment as principle pay down and not as regular payments. Call several times ( needless to say was on hold for 30-45 minutes) to resolve this issue. Operators are clueless and can do nothing except giving me a fax number to send my request. I sent writing request last week. So frustrating.
