The instructors are very knowledgeable about the practice of yoga. They are very welcoming and personable, and often take requests at the beginning of class. The classes I take are the perfect level and flow for me, and also at very convenient times for my schedule. The type of classes offered are diverse and unique (I do miss Seven Sculpt!). Seven offers a number of community classes each week which helps increase exposure of the practice of yoga to many people. In non-Covid times the studio is a convenient location for me. Class sign up is easy and you can accumulate points toward free classes. The technology is superior to other studios through which I've practiced. The studio also does so much to support local causes which are important in our community.
