Awful company. We had to break a lease because of a new job, we gave them plenty of heads up and transparency and they had tenants move in 5 days into march, and ignored our requests to get pro rated march rent back which i had already paid. Not to mention we paid 500 pet deposit for a house that was covered in dog hair already and a disgusting moldy fridge and washer. We cleaned the house thoroughly and turned it around MUCH NICER than they had only to have them have no pride or common decency and still take our security , pet deposit, 2 months rent and a months extra rent , for a place we lived in for a month and a half. Scum bags.
