Purchased an expensive christmas gift 5 days befor...

Purchased an expensive christmas gift 5 days before the cut off listed on their website for christmas delivery. Delivery to Dublin (as I am stuck overseas with the current Pandemic) . Still no sign of it at present. Have contacted them to get more information on its whereabouts via their website but no answer after a few days. Have tried calling them now but cant get through.
Extremely disappointed. I understand there is likely a large burden postal services at present, however this is not something unexpected and they advertised they could fulfill Christmas delivery (at the time I placed my order) otherwise I would not have purchased. If you cant guarantee it, don't advertise it. If there was some mistake along the lines then respond to my enquiries. Have lost my business.
*editing my original review as the owner has since reached out and made sure the issue was resolved. Seemed very genuine, and was much appreciated. Hopefully was just a blip at a busy period.
