I love love love the products and design of SM, and I ve been pleased with much of my purchases HOWEVER they need to tremendously work on accurate lead times on products, packaging items better as many have arrived damaged, politeness with their customer service personnel, and accuracy in items in the shipments.

I have had multiple shipments that have arrived damaged and/or incomplete. Then to get a replacement And/o the correct item shipped, I now have to wait ANOTHER 5 MONTHS!!! Which is absurd! If it s THEIR mistake, the customer shouldn t be punished. I should have first priority and others that ordered the same item after should be pushed further out.

I would love to continue to purchase items from this shop, as my wish list is growing to a substantial amount and we have already spent a fortune there, they just really need to work on the above issues and value their customers more!

Customer service needs an overhaul as does the shipping department. I have items I m still waiting on that I ve order over two months plus ago that have lead times of 3-4 weeks... with no shipping in sight or idea when they ll arrive.

It s disappointing especially when we ve spent so much! I m trying to find other alternative items to suite our additional rooms because the ship time is unreal for this company. Beautiful items, but the wait is horrible. They shouldn t charge people until the items are in transit like other high end furniture stores especially when spending in the 10 s of thousands.

Hoping my other items will arrive sometime this year and they figure out a way to ship non custom items much much quicker.
