This service was TERRIBLE. I am not from the area and am not good with cars. Not only were they rude, they were MEAN. I am extremely uncomfortable and not knowledgeable about cars, tires, etc. I prayed that they would be nice and easy to work with. Not only were they disrespectful, they told me that I could stop by anytime and then when i got there they said it was appointment only. At this point I was in tears and they REFUSED to help me for a simple tire change. I know everyone has bad days (self included), but this is unacceptable - I would NEVER refer anyone to this business and I highly recommend if you are reading this, go somewhere else for service. I am so disappointed in Honda, truly disappointed.
