**homeless camp directly behind the hotel. Didn't have a problem, but I was uncomfortable as there were people wandering around. There is a fence.
** Had to pay for parking $20 a day for a really annoying tiny parking lot with a gate.
**Construction in area with a confusing enterance the first time arriving.
**Elevator and hallways had strong marijuana smell.

Paid extra for a king suite. Only thing different than a normal room seemed to be a mini fridge, microwave and tiny sink outside the bathroom. Really just a moderate hotel, but would have preferred somewhere else.

It was an okay hotel. But really would have wanted to spend the $20 extra towards a better place instead of on parking.
