These people are professional thief s!! When I called for service they told me that it will take a week to have someone in my house and if I needed it sooner it will be an additional fee for the emergency service to take place the following day. This is just Outrageous! I demanded to talk to the manager to complain, he was busy and I was told he will get back to me, never happened! I called the person who did my contract for her to tell me that she cannot help is not her area of work and I need to call the service Dep again.... I decided to call my credit card Co to dispute all charges to date.
If I can give these people stones instead of stars I would! THIEFS
