They certainly billed me quick enough but never responded to my emails.
Maurice, who is located in Maine, would not respond to any of my text, calls or emails. He certainly sent out emails that were most likely preset.
I asked them to discontinue service in early January. They kept charging my bank, debit card which I had changed. Townsquare turned around, found their own way to get my checking acct number off my bank card info, kinda sneaky & illegal.
Even the bank was puzzled.
Well, Townsquare finally calls to see what they can do. And do you want to take care of an outstanding balance. If you read your incoming emails then you d have a clue... NONE!
Now I m left with a website that has been canceled and I can t access even though I own the domain.
One of the worst experiences I ve ever encountered.
