I had the worst customer service.experience with Formally Yours Lilburn. I was
very irritated that they would not return a dress but that is not why I am
writing about it here. The staff and owner/manager of this store are arrogant and
rude and they don't care who knows it. They refused to work with me at all
when returning a dress and would not exchange it.This dress was not even worn. When I pushed back, they
arrogantly said they have been in business 30 years and did not care. This
is a warning to anyone shopping here. Make sure your dress is perfect
before you buy it. If not, don't expect any compassion from this rude staff.
