Had good experiences before, but just had a bad experience that I've tried to tell the company about, but they don't care to call back after numerous emails and phone calls. Driver drove like a madman (looked at his phone, didn't signal when erratically searching, hard breaking and accelerating, etc.) and the car smelled of cigarettes.
