We had a room on a lower level, 6th floor, so it was a bit noisy but the room was spacious. From what I saw the lobby and restaurant/ bar area was clean and had a newer feel, but our floor and room seemed a bit dated. The location is excellent, close to everything, easy walk to the convention center, shopping, we even walked to Chinatown and fisherman's wharf. Nice Hotel, stay on a higher floor if you can (unless you like to hear the city)
