The staff are exceptional but unfortunately the dark chocolate is by no means true "dark" chocolate and instead it's rather sickly, the chocolate challenge is rather sickly as everything has way too much sugar in it for it to be enjoyable... We also had the hot beef sandwich which was delicious and the gravy for dipping was beautiful and truly homemade. Its a shame they don't do organic as a choice as id much prefer that. It's very expensive but nice as a treat and makes a change as I love treating my daughters to afternoon tea but I look forward to when they introduce organic food and the choice of dark chocolate a true dark chocolate or the sickly sweet that's on offer at the moment other than that I hope you have a lovely experience
