I've bought a lot of new cars over the years and I can honestly say this was the best, and easiest transaction of them all. Big thanks to Tom Posey, my salesman, and Bobby Estill for making it all work. I had a great repore with both of them as we did the ritual dance around the numbers, even a few good laughs. Bottom line, I told them where my price point was and they made it happen, I was very happy with the final deal. Tom was patient with me going over all the tech stuff which was totally new to me. My 05 4Runner, which they took at a very fair price in trade, didn't have any tech in it. Paperwork was as painless as it could be. The one thing you still have to do is sign your name on a dozen documents ! I was in and out in about 2 hrs with my new vehicle, trailer hitch installed as promised. Painless. Great job.
I've used Hendick for service and warranty work on my old 4Runner several times in the past and I've always been pleased. I anticipate a nice long relationship with the new 2018 Highlander EXL. Already got the first coat of wax on ! Thanks again !
