If you have an adventurous palate, dont hesitate to make a reservation here; it is the experience of a lifetime.

Alinea rightly holds its spot as a world class restruant and a pioneer into molecular gastronomy. Each thing eaten is vastly different from the next but the meal as a whole makes total sense. A pure delight, and I honestly could not see any restaurant match the experience you have here.
