This company has been a nightmare to deal with. We purchased a home that had an open permit for a furnace they installed for the previous owner. It failed inspection prior to our purchase.
We called them out to fix it the issues and for re-inspection. After a few attempts at re-inspection that didn't end up working out, we were blind sided with their team lying to the building department about our home and the renovations that were taking place. We were appauled and very displeased with this! We stated that their technicians were no longer welcome in our home for the inspection. The inspection passed this time and we thought our headache was over. Unfortunately it wasn't, and we had to have them out for a repair when our furnace stopped working last winter (2017). We had a family member at our home the day their technician came out. He left after repairing a ground wire that had come lose.
This summer, we attempted to turn on our AC unit and it wouldn't work. We called another company for an inspection and found that Haley Mechanical had disconnected the condenser unit and the low voltage wires!!! The condenser unit was part of the issue with the open permit from 2016!!
I reached out to then for then to fix their mistake for a final time. Shelby was very polite and understanding. The gentleman I spoke to next was also fantastic. However, we were directed back to Devin in permitting and she has been our biggest issue from the beginning. She claims they have no record of being out to our home last winter and I can pay their service call fee for someone to come out if I want it repaired. NO! I will not pay them to fix their mistake.
I truly hope the owner is given my contact information, as Devin stated she would, to resolve this. They have been a nightmare to deal with thus far and I would love to be able to give the owner a chance to make this right.
