As a current employee of this place soon to resign I must divulge some information. In my opinion RPC cares not about quality. We consistently ship out bad parts, always touch up poorly painted parts with sharpie markets and this is acceptable ? They sold me on the business being an American business yet we order parts from overseas. The quality control is a joke. There are times when we know the part is bad, tell the supervisor and they say send it anyway and if the company notices it they'll send it back. Is this the quality you want to pay for? I mean you have to inspect every part and if it passes a naked eye test, you better hope the part doesn't get wet and the sharpie touch up doesn't come off and then your parts rust away. How sad it is to sell customers on USA made and Quality when those words are nothing more than a gimmick to make a sale. Of course this entire post was my opinion of what I witness on a day to day.
