HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, 0 Loyalty, y card was stolen. I have every single receipt to back it. Someone who was dumb enough to use my gift card with their Nordstrom information, yet they can t compensate me the 367 dollars back. So basically with proof of ownership and them having the person who used my card as a client. They still didn t do a thing about it. Unbelievable was on the phone for over 3 hours getting lied to by multiple managers and supervisors (Emily and Stacey). They finally told me they will compensate me because it d still showing a remaining balance of the 367, she pawned me off and just left for the day. So once I get to the department they were unable to do anything and when I asked to speak to the supervisor Stacey again, she miraculously just left the office for the day. I can t believe they are fighting me over something so petty for their accounting team and favoring their thief member. Instead of a loyal member who has spent thousands of dollars their. Long story short Nordstrom s lost my respect, loyalty, and trust. Disappointed.
