Terrible staff! Tried to check in, was told I couldn't leave my car upfront, but parking lot was full due to event in event center onsite. Staff sent me to 3 different lots during the HOUR I spent circling the parking lot. They didn't care, wouldn't refund my money and let me go elsewhere. Got into my room at 11pm, as sad families with small children were blocking aisles, trying to claim the next spot. AVOID!
