High technical knowledge, could use some more Quality Assurance/Testing after installs.

I was looking for an aftermarket double-DIN car deck and worked nearby.
Came in on a weekend and staff was able to help find one that matched my specific needs (Bluetooth capable, external microphone, Siri friendly).
I ended up settling on a Carplay compatible deck, which they even allowed me to test with my own iPhone.

Installation was within the 40 minute estimate they had given, but the technicians didn't verify the microphone & radio functionality. We went back the next day and they were able to sort it out within the hour, no additional fees or booking necessary.
