Two different visits to St. Charles this past month. First daughter in law had serious brain surgery....Everyone involved did excellent work, professional, informed. The post surgery pain was extreme. They could have explained "why" the pain was so great which would have helped but the doctor failed to do that, our only complaint.
My husband and I had our annual lab work done done. I am a hard blood draw and the lady was extremely efficient, friendly, and done in a timely fashion. My husband's blood work is always easy, as was this time.
