I was very happy with their pricing and service. After the sale tho.... I had damage to my home from the install and it has been very difficult to get them to communicate with me. It has been 5 months since I first reported the issue. They repaired most of the damage, but left part of it unaddressed.

It has been over 30 days since I last heard from them.

Update: while communication can be a little slow sometimes, they do follow up once you get their attention.

I am grateful they do take responsibility for any unforseen issues and am happy they assisted getting my home back to normal.
