Awful experience. Do not stay here! Check in is at 4. I waited in line for 25 minutes to get to the front desk. They told me the rooms were still not available and they would give me a call. The front desk agent wouldn't give me a map to show me where I needed to meet my friends that were already checked in. I came back at 5:30 to see if my room was ready since I hadn't received a call. Waited another 10 minutes before giving up since I had to get ready for dinner. I returned at 6:30 to find out my room was ready but they failed to give me a call. She never apologized for my log wait or inconvenience since I had to get ready in my friends room. I understand that issues happen, but they way they handled it was absurd. She didn't care and said everyone had to wait today. Also, the housekeepers banged on my door in the morning even though I had the do not disturb sign up. This could be a nice resort if they hire better employees.
