I had a great time here it's looked on I-Drive which puts you in walking distance to a lot of amazing places that are fun for the whole family.
While staying at Avanti Resorts I was near the pool so it gets a little noisy because there are children at play, when the door was closed the sound was muffled so it wasn't a big deal (Keep in mind it's a family resort).
However, I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the room, the telephone didn't work, and the walls had been damaged and the couch was old and appears to have seen better days.
Keep in mind that it is a family resort so my main concern was that with housekeeping, the housekeepers will just open the door of your hotel room without knocking, which is why I gave 3 stars.
