It's an actual 5 star hotel. Staff is wonderful and can accommodate just about anything. I arrived as Prince Harry and Megan and security had stopped in traffic at the front of the hotel on their way to Buckingham Palace. Had lunch at their new really fantastic high end Mexican restaurant. It's great. It was particularly fun eating Mexican food while watching it snow out the windows. Lol. I also tried the Italian restaurant which was wonderful. Location at Picadilly and Park Lane awesome. Ps. For young people London's Hard Rock Cafe is under a 1 minute walk.
