Charlie found exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was friendly and professional without making me feel pressured. I went to several other dealerships while car shopping and not only did Charleston Nissan, Charlie, Mike, and John exceed my expectations, but they blew away the competition. I would recommend working with the staff at Charleston Nissan to anyone who is interested in a new or used vehicle. They literally changed my perception of the car buying process. I can t thank them enough for making the whole experience painless and enjoyable! Thanks guys!

I unfortunately must edit this review to reflect the extremely poor service rendered by Eddie Jordan at Charleston Nissan today. A deposit check was erroneously cashed and when attempting to resolve the issue I was met with nothing but arrogance, condescension, and patronizing language from Eddie Jordan. His customer service was deplorable. Not only would he refuse to listen, but minimized and dismissed my frustration, challenged my manhood, and had an entire posse of salesmen gathered at the front door when I got there, presumably as one of his repeated efforts to intimidate me. It was not only one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership, but one of the most insulting experiences I've ever had a consumer period. My experience with Eddie Jordan made me understand why people don't trust nor want to deal with car salesmen. It quickly became obvious that his ego prevented him from providing anything close to acceptable service.

Despite my positive experiences with the other staff members at Charleston Nissan, I can not in good conscience recommend them to anyone as long as there is a chance they may be subjected to the same treatment I received from Eddie Jordan. His poorly executed manager-speak, ultimatums, and threats left me with a sour taste towards the entire experience. The dealership would do well to find someone who has even a modicum of respect for customer service and replace Eddie Jordan as soon as possible. As long as Eddie Jordan is employed at Charleston Nissan, I will never do business with them again and likewise discourage anyone else from doing the same.
