Lousy opening hours, very limited during the week ...

Lousy opening hours, very limited during the week and people have to take time off and on Saturdays it is so busy in those few hours that you have to wait an hour and there is chaos. Maybe they should start thinking a little more about the working people, they don't have those municipal office hours.
