Review of Grand Hyatt Seattle

We stayed here in January for my husband's birthda...

We stayed here in January for my husband's birthday. I called ahead of time to let them know it was a special occasion, and the wonderful woman on the phone set it up so that right after we checked in they would send up a complimentary bottle of wine, a cheese platter and truffles. When we checked in the young lady at the front desk also sent up complimentary slippers and bath salts, as well as upgrading our room to a higher floor. They made our weekend so much better! All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Besides being a beautiful hotel in a perfect location, with amazing restaurant, It is this kind of customer service that will have us coming back on our next trip to Seattle!!!
