Unfriendly to babies. Guards wouldn't let me sit n...

Unfriendly to babies. Guards wouldn't let me sit next to my 10 month old on the pavement because sitting was considered sunbathing. He wasn't permitted to splash in the fountain since he didn't have shoes.
