"Canteen" ... does not apply. The food without exception has restaurant quality. This applies to main courses, the salad bar and especially for desserts. The boss and his team have the processes under control. Minus there for the seats and the "external discrimination", for which only the tax-paid Deutsche Welle should be responsible.
