I've been training with Alex once a week for the past 1.5yrs. My focus has been on building muscle strength and endurance in order to better participate/compete in obstacle runs (Spartan Runs, Warrior Dashes, and [long-term goal] Tough Mudders). My progress on both fronts has been nothing short of amazing. Not only does Alex know how to push/motivate, but he's also very knowledgable about the science behind metabolic and high-intensity interval training. In addition, having R-shoulder instability (surgery), he's incorporated workout pieces to help me strengthen those associated muslce groups. I highly recommend Alex & RedZone Fitness. If you have a physical goal in mind, he can help you achieve it. My only regret is wishing I had the time to go more often.
