I hope their classes are better than their custome...

I hope their classes are better than their customer service. Contacted them 6 days ago with an urgent matter. Called and only one person could talk to me about private investigator services and he was in class all day. Was told they could help me out and they haven't even bothered getting back to me. Take my advice and find a professional.
