Bedbugs. Was bitten multiple times. Night auditor was very concerned and changed our room. Very apologetic. Day shift auditor showed no concern for our issues. I showed him my hand which was badly bitten and swollen. Asked him what he planned on doing about this. Concern was shown more about what is going to happen to this room rather our inconvenience. Asked if we could get the 2nd night at least free or half off due to our situation. He said he couldn't do that. However, he did take off $4.00 the second night. Wow. Not a happy person. Considering I traveled there from out of state. The restaurant was very nice and staff also.
