If i could pick no stars i would. Ebay is a joke! if you are thinking about selling on ebay, DONT DO IT! they will always rule in favor of the buyer, so sellers get screwed. the guy on the phone flat out told me that when sellers or buyers ask them to step in for a return, ebay defaults and approves in favor of the buyer and does a force refund on the seller, they dont even read the case. this came directly from the mouth of one of the ebay phone reps. Sell somewhere else. This company needs shut down. then on the phone, the rep intentionally would stop talking and wait for 20 min just to see if i would hang up!!!!!!
