Here s my experience. I had total knee replacement and called John West (JW) the day of the surgery to schedule my PT. Wife gave them all the insurance information. So, they called 2 days later saying the insurance info did not go through. They did not have the correct information. Resent it via scanning it and emailed it. Showed up 3 days later for first session. Was told no approval yet. No problems, had first PT session. Showed up today ((Monday). Was told no approval yet. So I get on the phone with United Health. So, United says they have no record of West submitting anything to them and they give me a special number for West to call. Young lady on front desk says she submitted it. I tell her United has no record of it, can she call them? Answer is no. She says she cannot call, has to wait. So, here I am, United says they don t have any record of it, young lady at West will my talk to United. Amazing. So, I am going To find someone else to do my PT.

Update - 2/21 - Looking back, I am glad this happened as I found Oakbend Rehab just off of West Alabama. In my opinion they are way better than John West. Would recommend them highly.
