My sister got a camper so I ordered this mug as a present along with several other items from the same supplier, which all arrived without a problem. This one showed up without a handle in a box with no packing materials (see pic 1). The broken handle wasn't in the box and the box wasn't damaged, so you have to wonder. I contacted Amazon and they had a replacement shipped out immediately. It arrived quickly and is shown in Pic 2. Still no wrapping/packing materials and no damage to the shipping boxes, but all the broken pieces were in the box. Sort of like they used a hammer this time. Amazon has offered to replace it again free of charge and I'm genuinely curious if they're going to ship another broken cup. In looking at the other negative reviews on Amazon, almost all are broken products and none of them had any packing materials in the box. I can't help but be amazed at the amount of money they must be wasting by not using some bubble wrap.
