Whether it was getting the information needed to understand whether I was booking in the relevant course; or the actual process of getting it booked, they were super helpful right the way through.

On the day, they were a pleasure to deal with. Clear and helpful in their directions and easy to deal with when it came to touchy things like medical examinations.

Course facilitation was well timed, well delivered and fluent. It made the entire process along with assessment a breeze.
