My experience with DPD is really borderline. My orders from Hellofresh were simply placed in front of the front door and the doorbell did not even ring. As these packages contain groceries, DPD is apparently not aware of it. The packages were dented or torn each time. Of course, this also had an effect on the content. Today an ordered mattress arrived and, oh wonder, this time the bell even rang because the delivery man couldn't just put the parcel in front of the front door due to its size. When I asked whether it was just a package (I ordered two mattresses), the only answer was a sloppy "yes". Friendliness is really important to DPD - not! The box looks very battered again (cracks, holes, dents ...). It will be exciting to see when my second mattress will be delivered ...
