I had another great service experience with Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Allo. Randall (Ricalde) went out of his way to help me when I showed up with out an appointment. He made sure my flat tire was fixed and competed the over due maintenance at the same time. He even sent an Uber to pick me up from my home when the car was ready. He went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it very much.
