Staff was mostly very polite. Room (double Queen) was decently clean, with some less nice stuff like a bathroom door that looked like it was from the early 1800s and wouldn't lock, and also the water pressure and temperature in the shower was very inconsistent. The worst part of all though was the fact that the cleaners were up slamming doors at 8 in the morning, and even knocked hard on ours, screaming "room service!" at 8:13AM. This while simultaneously unlocking the door, just to remove the key card again when I yelled back "no thanks!".

If you're a light sleeper you'll likely also wake up from people flushing their toilet in the neighboring rooms, it sounds as if you're laying right beside the toilet.

Other than this, location is great (10 min walk to the waterfront, 15 min walk to Pike Place Market) and the in-house restaurant and bar has a decent beer selection.
