Customer service at this BMW dealer is what all the experiences should be. They listened with concern and acted very professionally with there responses. Nothing was too small to consider or concern to small to listen to. Brent was great to work with in the shop and Jamie, my service writer was very courteous in everything she did. Just a good experience. I can t say that about the prices to work on my BMW, it still amazes me today what it costs for a repair at BMW. But that has nothing to do with the wonderful treatment I experienced at BMW of Nashville. Thank you all.
