My name is Neelam Wagh. I have completed B.E(Electrical) from ZCOER with distinction.Due to my marriage and maternity I had 3 years of career break.After that it's very difficult to start the career.I got to know about IKSC through a comman friend.He was a part of IKSC and made a good career progression.I came across Linkedin profile of Mr. Atul Patil.He reallly has an impressive career with proven track records across different industries and through IKSC he bridges the gap between the academics and the industry needs.I took help of IKSC .I came across Psychometric test driven by NASA at IKSC.It helped me to change my theorotical ability and skills.These helped me a lot in all aspects like future career planning and towards self growth.I discussed it with Dr.Atul sir.He assigned me the Electrical design wiring harness domain. IKSC offered me engineering software domain knowledge, communication skills and soft skills.After joining IKSC ,I have gone through various seminars, activities,daily meetings and interactions with industry experts and self learning.And also Atul sir's motivational and technical sessions helps to keep us on the learning track. Whatever I gained skills through IKSC it helps me to grow myself in the current organization in all career aspirations.

Of resources there is no time restrictions for practice and study.Daily reviews and periodic meeting build my confidence, presentation skills and communication skills.Continous interactions with industry personnel gives us idea about current trends in industry, skills required by industry etc.
