The rooms were amazing but the manager and front desk personal are snobs and very unprofessional. Over charged for the room by $70 a night from what was quoted on the phone at reservations!!! The rest of the staff were amazing and the food was good. Bugs in the room and staff poorly trained as to tell customers where and where not to smoke leaving us with a smoking charge on our bill due to smoking on our balcony after being told by a attendant it was ok, and later being told we could not. Will never return to this resort again. Over priced for the treatment we received. Have stayed at a motel 6 with more courteous front desk help and managers.
