In Marion. They sold me a vehicle that a ton of emmisions problems. Behind the paperwork after having issues with my car, I saw a list of codes shown up on the vehicle with a date prior to purchase. Not only that they charged me a thousand dollars to fix my vehicle, and did nothing. They also refused to fix the problem after all the codes showed up again. In the TDI There are two filters for my car to drive safely they replaced the one under my hood but not the one that should have been replaced. This filter, if not fixed, would have killed me because it would have caught my vehicle on fire. When I initially went to them they told me my monthly payment would be 260. A day later I reviewed the paperwork and they added warranties I did not agree to. Including a 600 dollar add on. Which put my loan at 375. I went to the gm of my bank and he spoke to their head of financing. They agreed to remove all the added warranties including the 600 add on. I purchased my vehicle for 8000 it magically went up to 15000. They took 4 months to remove the warranties but my payment would not be corrected. They showed me some white paper with quotes saying I agreed. I did not. After the warranties were removed my loan went down to 13000. After leaving that day when they did not fix my car, I stopped at the gas station and saw they had ran another car into the back of mine. They refused to speak to me. I called the vw financing and vw corporation. My car was not properly running and they refused to give me the codes on the paperwork they had. They cheated me. Could have killed me. Charged me 1000 dollars to remove the gas from my tank and change a filter. They damaged my vehicle. Worst of all left me with an enormous debt and an inoperable vehicle that was a death trap! Others have experienced the same problems with McGrath s conduct. This behavior will not be tolerated.
